Mixed til jaggery chikki is a healthy and delicious winter recipe, rich in calcium, magnesium and boosts energy.
Steps

Start by roasting both black and white sesame seeds on a pan for about 4 minutes or until the white seeds become golden. Transfer them to a bowl.

In the same pan add jaggery and let it melt.

Now add ghee to the jaggery and stir continuously until it changes colour to dark brown.

For testing the consisting of jaggery syrup, drop a few drops in cold water bowl. If it's brittle like a candy, syrup is perfect.

Now turn off the flame and add the roasted sesame seeds. Mix well until both combines.

Immediately transfer the mixture on a smooth surface like kitchen platform and spread using a roller when it's still warm.

When the chikki cools down, make small pieces using your hands amd serve ✨
