Ingredients

  1. 150 gcucumber grated
  2. 1/2 clovegarlic
  3. 5 gchilli
  4. 30 gred onion
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. White pepper is nice
  7. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  8. Lemon juice fresh or
  9. Red wine vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate cucumber, put in bowl
    Chop red onion finely, add
    Chop fresh garlic finely& add
    Take seeds out chilli & cut finely
    Add Himalayan salt or sea salt
    Add black or white pepper
    Taste and adjust seasoning & lemon juice or vinegar

    Cover the salad and leave in the fridge to chill for 10 minutes
