Ingredients

For Patties:
900 gmsPotatoes
100 gmsPeas
1Onion
Garlic clove 1
1 tspCumin seeds
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
1 tspBlack pepper
Salt to taste
For Batter:
1/2 tspTurmeric
1/2 tspBlack Pepper
Salt to taste
Gramflour 40 gms
4 tbspWater
Oil to fry
For Coating:
Bread crumbs as required

Steps

Boil,peel and mash potatoes.

Boil peas till tender.

Mix together patties ingredients.

Make round patties.

Make a runny batter by mixing batter ingredients.

Dip patties in batter.

Roll in crumbs.

Heat oil in a pan.

Shallow fry till light golden.

Serve hot.
