Today I have made tasty delicious nolen gurer chitai dudh pithe. It's basically a bengali traditional dish. In winter season all Bengali cuisine prepared this nolen gurer pithe, during Sankranti.

Today I have made tasty delicious nolen gurer chitai dudh pithe. It's basically a bengali traditional dish. In winter season all Bengali cuisine prepared this nolen gurer pithe, during Sankranti.
Steps

Take a grinder jar add semolina, cashew nuts, milk powder and grind it into a fine power. Then add water, baking powder, salt and blend them into a smooth paste. Now add more little water if required,mix it well, make a smooth batter.

Heat nonstick pan, drizzle little oil, pour the batter and spread it evenly, cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Then take out in a plate, Keep aside. Chitai pithe is ready.

Boil the milk in a kadai on medium heat for 5-7 minutes to thicken. Then put this chitai pithe into the boiled milk and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes or till pithe cooked fully.

Once coked chitai pithe, turn off the flame, then add nolen gur and fold lightly and mix it when nolen gur is fully melted, keep aside to cool down. Nolen Gurer Chitai Dudh Pithe is ready to serve.
