Ingredients

  • For Patties:
  • 900 gmsPotatoes
  • 100 gmsPeas
  • 1Onion
  • Garlic clove 1
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • For Batter:
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • 1/2 tspBlack Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Gramflour 40 gms
  • 4 tbspWater
  • Oil to fry
  • For Coating:
  • Bread crumbs as required

    Boil,peel and mash potatoes.
