Steps

Marinate the chicken with salt, white pepper, chilli powder and 2 tablespoon corn starch. Set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a pan and saute the onions till golden brown.

Add the ginger and garlic, cumin powder and coriander powder. Mix well and cook 1 minute. Remove and set aside.

Heat remaining oil in same pan and add the chicken. Cook till chicken changes colour and is light brown.

Add the onions back to the pan and mix well..

Add the green chillies and green onions and mix.

In a bowl combine water, soy, ketchup and remaining corn starch. Pour the mixture over the chicken and bring to a boil. Thicken gravy to desired consistency.

Serve garnished with green onions and green chillies.
