Ingredients

  1. 1 Crolled oats
  2. 3/4 cup raw cashews
  3. 4 Cupswater (measure from jar)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend oats, cashews & water for 60 seconds

  2. 2

    Heat in pot to 160F and hold for 15sec. Cool to 110F and add 2T of old yogurt or other culture.

  3. 3

    Keep at temp for 6-8 hours until it reaches desired tangyness.
