Easy Creamy Tuscan Pasta
An easy, delicious meal for the whole family. Only a few simple ingredients, but the flavors are fantastic!
Cooking Instructions

Half your cherry tomatoes
- 2
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a large pan, then add sausage and cook at medium -high heat.

Once the sausage gets near done, add 1 tsp of Italian seasoning and 1 or 2 pinches of salt to taste.

While the sausage is cooking, put a pot of water on to boil.

Once the sausage is dark brown, transfer to a plate or bowl, but leave as much oil in the pan as possible. You may choose to line the plate with a paper towel to soak up some of the grease.

Add 1 more tbsp of olive oil to the pan, then add garlic. Saute for about 15 seconds (garlic cooks fast)

Add tomatoes and saute for about two minutes. Add 1 tsp for Italian seasoning and salt to taste.

Add heavy cream, and reduce heat to a slow boil. Let the sauce boil for about 15 minutes until it reduces to a nice sauce. Stir frequently.

Fill bowl with pasta and scoop sausage on top.

Cover with tomato cream sauce and serve!
