Ingredients

  • 1sweet yellow onion diced
  • 5 clovesgarlic minced
  • 1/4 cupavocado or olive oil
  • 1 canstewed tomatoes trimmed
  • 1 cantomato sauce
  • 1 tbsppepper
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbsporegano
  • 1 tbspcelery salt
  • 2 tbspbasil
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 cupparmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Warm the oil to medium heat

  2. 2

    Saute onions and garlic until these begin to caramelize

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes, sauce, seasonings and cheese

  4. 4

    Simmer on lowest seeing for 30-40 minutes

  5. 5

    Process smooth and refrigerate overnight
