Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a strainer to remove excess liquid.

Take a tortilla wrap and spread a layer of the filling evenly over it. Roll up the wrap tightly, secure the edge with a toothpick, and cut the roll into three or four pieces.

Heat enough oil for deep frying in a pan. Lower the rolls into the hot oil, reduce the heat, and fry, turning them to brown on all sides. Remove and drain on paper towels. Take out the toothpicks.

Arrange the rolls on a serving plate, sprinkle with a little sumac, and serve. Enjoy!
