Today I have made tasty delicious orange Jelly pudding dessert with simple ingredients and has a rich and creamy texture, in this no gelatin or no agar- agar is required for this dish.

Today I have made tasty delicious orange Jelly pudding dessert with simple ingredients and has a rich and creamy texture, in this no gelatin or no agar- agar is required for this dish.
Steps

Making Jelly -
First peel the oranges, mash them and strain it with the help of a strainer, and separate the orange juice. Heat a kadai add orange juice and cook sometimes, add sugar, mix it well and cook on low heat. - 2
Now add lemon zest and cook few minutes then add lemon juice and cornstarch slurry mix everything well.

Cook on low heat continuously stirring it, once it thicken, jelly is ready. Then immediately transfer the serving glasses.

Making pudding -
Heat milk in a kadai and boil it sometimes then add sugar and milk powder, mix it well and cook for 5-6 minutes. - 5
Then add cornstarch slurry mix it and cook on low heat till it becomes thick consistency. Milk pudding is ready. Then immediately pour the pudding into the orange Jelly glasses. As shown in fig.

Cool it completely and then refrigerate it for at least 3-4 hours. Then decorate orange slices and garnish with orange small pieces top of the pudding and serve it
