Steps

Drain the cooked chickpeas. Spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add the spices, salt, and olive oil. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the cooked bulgur, crispy chickpeas, sliced cherry tomatoes, avocado, sliced onion, olives, mâche leaves, and basil leaves.

In a separate bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together and drizzle over the salad.
