To prepare crust, mix oats with butter and salt until mixture resembles coarse meal.

Add water, stir just until moist. Press mixture gently into a ball and keep aside.

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft and pink.

Stir in spinach and continue to cook until excess moisture has evaporated.

Whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

Roll out oats dough and arrange in a heart shape cake pan.

Brush butter on it and pour the egg mixture in it.
