Blanched spinach and fenugreek leaves. Add cold water over it and keep in strainer to remove excess water. In a pan dry roast the oats for 2 minutes on low flame.transfer in a plate and keep aside.

In the same pan add oil and heat up. Add cumin seeds,ginger and green Chilli. Saute 30-40 seconds then add chopped onion.saute till the onions turn light brown add coconut miz and roast all for a minute.

Add blanched spinach and fenugreek leaves mix then add all powder spices and salt.mix all well then add roasted oats.mix all together well and cook for 1 miute.

Add boiled and grated potatoes, add schezwan sauce mix and cook for 2 minutes. Lastly add coriander leaves and mix.turn off the flame.

Transfer this mixture in a plate. Allow to cool slightly. Then Grease your palm with little bit oil take some amount of prepared mixture and give it to shape of tikki. Prepared all tikkis.

In a pan add around 3-4 tbsp oil and heat up.place the tikkis on pan and shallow fry from both side until they turn golden and crisp.serve with sauce or chutney.
