Soak mung beans for two hours.

Take a cooker add soaked mung bean 2 cup water and boiled then transfer to a bowl 1 tsp salt cover with lid wait for three whitstles

Heat a pan add cumin seeds curry leaves a dry chill pinch asafetida chopped green chilli 1tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric powder chopped tomato and saute it.Add boiled mung bean add salt to taste 1tbsp lemon juice chopped jaggery cumin coriander powder Garam Masala red chilli powder Ginger Chilli paste.stir well Sprinkle chopped green coriander.

Now masala mung bean sabji is ready transfer to a bowl serve with rice or roti decorate with green chilli now masala mung is ready. Enjoy!!!
