First take 1 cup of soaked moong bean. Grind it to a smooth paste using a mixer

Now take Millet flour in a mixing bowl,add moong paste

Now add all the dry ingredients and finely chopped green vegetables

Make a smooth dough. No need to add water. Apply oil and keep it aside. Now heat the pan. Divide the dough in 4 equal portions. Roll it like a thick chapati.roast on tawa or fry pan. Apply oil while roasting to make it crispy. Serve hot moong Millet Paratha with spiced curd(yoghurt)
