Mix all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and leave aside

Mix dark brown sugar with white sugar until fluffy

Add the melted butter to the sugar and mix till smooth

Mix in the eggs

Mix in all the dry ingredients until it comes together

Chop the chocolate bars and walnuts into small chunks and add into the cookie dough

Once it all comes together, form cookie balls (abt 50g each)

Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hrs)

Preheat oven at 205°c (400°f) and bake for 10.5 mins

Leave to chill on the hot tray for 15 mins
