100 gDiced Tomatoes
1 tbsDiced Scotch Bonnet
Diced Onions
Palm Oil 3/4cksp
1/4 tspBlack Pepper Powder
1 tbsMaDish Curry& Chicken Seasoning

Heat up oil in a sauce pan

When hot add onions, pepper, reduce flame to low, stir fry for 1min

Add diced tomatoes,, Seasoning, black Pepper stir fry for 2mins

Now,add Vegetable,stir well,cook open,after 2mins,taste to adjust with more seasoning salt

Remove from heat

Plate and enjoy with carb of choice
