Sausage and Potatoes for Second Breakfast

Second Breakfast, first breakfast was at 04:45 Second Breakfast is at 08:45. I had this with good old fashioned cheese grits. My youngest granddaughter had 4 servings. She absolutely loves potatoes and sausage.

Cooking Instructions

Melt the butter in a pot. Add the sausage and brown. Dice the onions and stir into the sausage. Sauté for 12 minutes. Season. Dice the potatoes.

Add the potatoes and saute for 10 minutes. Stir in the water and cover allow them to simmer, reduce, and stem till fork tender. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve, I hope you enjoy!!!
