Cooking Instructions

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.

Sear the chicken over high heat with a little olive oil or any cooking fat you prefer.

Stir constantly, adding the ingredients listed above (the chicken cooks quickly this way).

Add a small cup of water (to keep the shawarma juicy) while maintaining high heat.

Remove the lemon slices. The shawarma is ready to be wrapped with a little garlic sauce, hot sauce, and pickles, and served with a side of crispy fries.

Don’t forget to toast the sandwich in the same pan you cooked the chicken in for an irresistible flavor. Enjoy!
