Heat ghee in a wok add peanuts and roast then add grated carrot

Combine well and cook on low flame while stirring

After 2-3 min add sugar and cook then add sabudana

Mix properly,pour milk & cook till the milk dissolved properly

When it becomes dry turn off the flame and transfer to a serving dish & serve carrot Sabudana.Very tasty 😋
