  • 2beef fillets not to thick
  • Garlic
  • Fresh herbs, rosemary and thyme
  • Drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar for the end
  • Sea salt and black pepper

  1. 1

    To cook a beef fillet, start by seasoning it with salt, pepper, and herbs.
    Sear it in a hot pan with oil, then transfer to the oven to finish cooking to your preferred doneness. (if you want)
    I cooked it on the grill and it came just perfect.
    Let it rest for 10 mins before slicing for optimal juiciness.

    Serve it with red wine 🍷
