Take full cream milk,add in to a non-stick pan,put it on low flame,let it boil add vinegar,mix well.

After few minutes milk becomes curdle,remove from heat,pour it in white muslin cloth, drain the wave water completely. Tie and hange the cloth for half an hour.Then open it, nice paneer is ready for making rasagulla.

Transfer the paneer to a wide plate,add corn flour,food colour and sugar powder, mix well with fingers, till become smooth dough, then make a small round balls.

Take another pan add water and sugar,put it on medium flame till sugar melts completely. Add cardamom powder,mix well.

Now add few saffron sticks mix it well, let it boil, then add paneer balls into the boiling sugar syrup. After some time,the paneer balls becomes puffy, double the size. At this stage remove from flame. Rasagulla is ready to serve.

Tranfer the rasagullas to a serving bowl.Enjoy the super soft and tasty rasagullas for Shivaratri.
