Firstly, press extra-firm tofu with heavy objects. This will drain the excess moisture.

Next, crumble the tofu gently with your fingers and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Once done, add chopped onions.
Saute until onions are translucent. - 5
Now add the chopped tomatoes, and salt and all massala mentioned above and cook further until the tomatoes are done.

Now add tofu and mix everything and cook until the water almost evaporates from the tofu mixture.

Add chopped coriander and finally mix everything.

Switch off and serve hot with paratha Or naan.
