First in kadai add and rice flour add the buttermilk and water stir it well there should be any lumps. Than as per your taste add salt and turmeric powder and hing and again mix it well.

Now cook it until very thick or half the quantity. If you don't know that it a cooked or not grease a plate and spread the mixture on it.

Allow it to cool and cut it. If it doesn't come cut as a whole roll then let if cook for more than 5 minutes but stur it continuously.

Now in a small pan add oil once it's hot add mustard til jeera and let it sputter for a minutes or two. Now add into the prepared patudi rolls and mix it well. Add fhesh grated coconut and Coriander leaves
