  1. 200 gmpaneer
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tbspmaida
  5. 1 tbspcorn flour
  6. 2 cupoil
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 1 tbspcrushed garlic
  9. 1 tspgrated ginger
  10. 1 tbspchopped spring onion
  11. 5green chilli slitted
  12. 1 tbspchopped onion
  13. 1 cupdiced petal separated onion
  14. 1 cupdiced green capsicum
  15. 2 tbspSchezwan sauce
  16. 1 tspsoya sauce
  17. 1/2 tspvinegar
  18. 1 tspcorn starch
  19. 1 tbspchopped onion greens
  20. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Dice paneer, add in a mixing bowl. In goes salt, red chilli powder, maida & corn flour, mix it gently, keep aside.

    Take a wok or pan, add 2 cup oil, heat it. Fry paneer pcs in batches until light brown, take out in a dish, keep aside.

    Reduce oil from the wok or pan, reheat it, add in ginger garlic, saute it for 30 sec. In goes spring onion, stir it.

    Now add green chilli & chopped onion, mix it well.

    In goes diced onion & capsicum, stir fry it for a minute. Add in Schezwan sauce, mix it well. Cook it for a minute.

    Add in soya sauce & vinegar, mix it well, add lil salt (as per your choice, both the sauces have salt).

  7. 7

    Mix corn starch with 2 tsp water, add in the masala slowly slowly. Check the thickness, if done, leave aside the rest of the corn starch slurry.

    Now add fried paneer, mix it well. In goes onion greens, mix it well. Cook it for a minute.

    Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with dhania leaves...
