Chocolate Pie in 10 Minutes!!!

In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and cocoa powder. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine all the wet ingredients: melted butter, eggs, and milk. Whisk together.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula until just combined.

Pour the batter into a 10-inch (25 cm) baking dish. Bake in the microwave at 800 watts for 8 minutes, or in a conventional oven at 340°F (170°C) with fan for 30 minutes.

For the syrup, bring the water and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat, add the rum, and let it cool until lukewarm or room temperature.

As soon as the chocolate pie is ready, pour the syrup over it immediately! Once the syrup is absorbed, sprinkle the 7 ounces (200 grams) of chopped 65% bittersweet chocolate on top and let it melt.
