Steps

Prepair and chop all your vegetables.

Heat up a large wok and add oil. Add the onions then garlic.

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper then add to the wok. Mix until chicken breast is fully cooked. Add anatto powder.

Mix then add the carrots and cook for 2 minutes. Add celery and cook for one minute. At this point you can add salt, pepper and chicken powder (if using). Add bell peppers and snow peas and cook for about a minute.

Add the cabbage. Mix it well then transfer to a large bowl and set aside. Use the same wok and add oil.

Add garlic and add annatto powder. Mix then add the water or chicken stock. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, and one tablespoon of vinegar. Let it boil.

When it's boiling add the sugar then add the bihon noodles and mix and soak it until noodles become soft then add the canton noodles and mix. Add hot water as needed.

Add the vegetables in and mix it with the noodles. Garnish with green onions. Transfer to plate and add lemon. Serve and enjoy!
