Heat a pan add ghee and add almond and cashew and fry it 30 seconds.remove it in plate.

Add ghee in pan and Sevya and stir for one minute. Remove it in plate

Heat a pan add milk to boil,after boil. Milk add se vya and cook it for two minutes.then add sugar and mix it well add cardamom powder,saffron and fried dry fruits and mix well

Ready your Ramadan special kheer.serve it with garnish with fried dry fruits and Enjoy
