20 piecescooked grape leaves
2 cupstoasted pita bread cubes
Yogurt Sauce Ingredients
2 cupsplain yogurt (about 480 ml)
2 tablespoonstahini
2 tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
Mashed garlic, to taste
Salt, to taste
Pinchground cumin
For garnish
Pinchdried mint
Pinchground sumac

To make the sauce: Combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well.

Cut the pita bread into cubes and toast in the oven.

To serve: Spread the toasted bread on a serving dish. Arrange the cooked grape leaves on top. Pour the yogurt sauce over everything, garnish, and serve.
