Lassi or Indian Shake is a famous one known to all. It is both sweet and salted. Salted Lassi is called Namkeen Lassi.
It is predominantly made with thick homemade creamy Curd.
Nowadays a lot of variations are made according to one's taste and liking.
Kiwi Lassi is one such amazing idea this Ramadan.
Iftaar meals are always a great time to build relationships and make them even more stronger. The bonding and rapport between relatives, friends and neighbours at Iftaar table makes it a super important time for the relationships to build. It's an excellent time. I always make it a point to share food which is actually the essence of this great Holy Month that falls in the ninth Month of the Lunar Calendar.
Kiwis are great source of Vitamins and Minerals especially abundant in Vitamin C that is essential for maintaining good health, immunity and well-being. Healthy and a luscious treat for Iftaar meals. Everyone would love it.
