In a bowl, sift ur flour and add in all the ingredients and make into a dough, and let it rest for 15 minute.

In a flat surface, spread the dough and make a shawarma bread shape, it depends on the size u want.

Heat a non stick pan and directly add the dough into the pan, when the side is cooked turn over the other side, repeat this method until you finish all.

Dice ur irish potatoes and the carrot into cubes, cuts ur green beans, spring onion and onion into ur desired shape.

In a pot add oil, onion and stir fry, add u're tomatoes and red bell pepper, add baking powder to avoid fermenting, add in u're Scotch bonnet and add in ur potatoes, seasoning,curry, thyme, garlic and cover to cook for 10mins when the potatoe is cooked then put in ur carrot and green beans and spring onions

Cook for another 10 mins or more, until it's well cooked.

It's served with the patera and also can be served with white rice too.
