  • 11/2besan
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1potato cut small pieces
  • 2green chili chopped
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspcoriander crashed
  • 1 tspchili crashed
  • 1 tspdry fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 tspanardana powder
  • 1/2 bunchspinach chopped clean and washed
  • 2 pinchbaking soda
  • Salt to taste
  • Some water
  • Oil for fry

    Take a bowl add besan and all ingredients mix well

    Now add some water mix well and deep fry
