Baked Salmon and Potato Casserole
A really simple and nutritious fish dish.
Steps

Grease two individual molds or one large mold well.

Peel and wash the potatoes, then slice them very thinly. Place a layer at the bottom of the molds.

Cut thin slices of salmon and place them on top of the potato layer. Season with salt and pepper, and continue layering until finishing with a layer of potatoes.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the cream and seasonings.

Pour the mixture over the last layer of potatoes.

Place the remaining butter on top and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the casserole is golden brown.
