First, rinse the black chickpeas and soak them for 5-6 hours. Then cook them in a pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles until tender.

Finely chop the carrot, tomato, cucumber, and onion.

Boil the sweet corn and drain.

In a large bowl, add the cooked black chickpeas, then add the chopped vegetables and corn.

Add the green chutney and cilantro. If you have tamarind chutney, add that as well. Mix well.

Add salt, red chili powder, lemon juice, and chopped green chili. Mix again. Your tasty Kala Chana Chaat is ready to serve.
