It is very simple pasta to make, and it's a good cheap meal to cook for those budgeting. I make this on a weeknight, usually when I'm pushed for time because my youngest loves their pasta.

250 gpasta (I used penne)
4spring onions, sliced
6hot dogs, sliced
1stock cube
as neededWater
200 gcooked sweetcorn
Grated cheese (I used chedder)

Cook the pasta, according to packet instructions, with the stock cube for added flavour. Drain well once cooked.

Whilst the pasta is cooking. Heat a drizzle of olive oil, then fry the onions, sweetcorn and hot dogs for 3-5 minutes. Stirring regularly to avoid sticking.

Add the pasta back in and stir together.

Serve with sprinkled cheese on top.
