Chicken and Cheese Bourek

Finely chop the chicken breast and onion.

Cook them in a skillet with the salt, pepper, and bouillon cube. Once cooked, add the cheese and stir until melted.

Place a sheet of phyllo dough on your work surface. Put a little of the filling near the bottom center. Fold the bottom of the sheet over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll up tightly toward the top.

Heat oil in a skillet. Fry the boureks until golden brown on all sides. Once golden, drain on a plate lined with paper towels before serving.
