First of all peel and wash beetroot, grate it.

Heat ghee in a kadai, add grated beetroot, saute it well for 3 minutes,then add milk,.

Stir it continues, shrink slightly,
Again cook for 10 minutes. - 4
When mixture becomes completely soft, add sugar, saute it well, sugar dissolves water evaporats add milk powder, dessicated coconut, chopped mixed dry fruits, cardamom powder.

Mix it well, transfer in a bowl to make cool, make small ball and coated with coconut powder. Beetroot dry fruits Ladd is ready to serve
