Steps

To begin with chutney, sundry flax seeds for 2 days in sun light. Sieve flax seeds. Collect all required ingredients.

Heat kadhai. Start roasting flax seeds until they splutter. It takes about 8-10 minutes to dry roast & it changes it's color to little dark brown. Finish with roasting & transfer roasted flax seeds into a plate. Allow to cool them.

Heat 1/2 tsp oil into kadhai. Add peanuts. Stir fry them. Then add dried curry leaves + red chilies + garlic cloves + cumin seeds. Stir fry all ingredients until they turn crisp. It takes about 7-8 minutes.

Let cool down roasted ingredients completely. Once it’s cool add all these roasted ingredients along with salt, & sugar in grinder or food processor jar. Grind into
fine powder. You can grind as a coarse texture if you want. Serve delectable chutney at meal time as a side dish. - 5
Store it in an airtight container. This chutney can be mixed with curd & goes well with any type of dosa,Paratha or roti or even with rice.
