Cut tofu into half inch cubes and chop bell pepper and coat in soyaki sauce

Place tofu and bell pepper in air fryer at 400F for 20 minutes

After done cooking place tofu and bell peppers into lettuce boats

Top with chopped green onion, crushed cashews and more sauce if you want
