Prepare the ingredients.

Peel and thinly slice the garlic. Wash and cut the green beans on a diagonal. Peel and julienne the carrot.

Set aside the prepared ingredients.

Heat a pan and add oil. Sauté the garlic slices until fragrant.

Add the carrots and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until they begin to soften.

Add the green beans and stir-fry for about 5 more minutes.

Add the seasonings and stir-fry until everything is well mixed.

Once the vegetables are seasoned, turn off the heat.

Serve and enjoy.
