Dry Spicy Ramen

You can make Shin Ramyun that's not too spicy! It's easy to customize, too.
Recipe background:
I wanted to avoid the intense spiciness and splattering soup when slurping ramen, so I thought, why not try a dry version? That's how I came up with this recipe.

Steps
- 1
In a bowl, add half of the soup powder, sesame oil, and mayonnaise.
- 2
In a pot, cook the noodles and vegetable packet to your preferred doneness. Drain most of the water, but leave a little, and add the noodles to the bowl from step 1. Mix well.
*Don’t drain too much water. - 3
Top with nori and serve.
- 4
You can also add a soft-boiled egg or cheese as toppings if you like!
- 5
Itomin, I'm sorry! I meant to add a '☆' at the end of my comment, but it ended up as 'left blank' by mistake!
