I just tried something different.. a recipe would be new! I have no condensed milk so i used fresh milk.
Steps

In separate container, mix all purpose cream, milk, salt and sugar. Pour hersheys syrup in balance. Mix it well.

Place the graham crackers alternatively with the mixed creams. Pour hersheys syrup and then put the kisses chocolate on top.

Keep refrigerated in high for 3 hours or more for a perfect taste like ice cream cake.

Ready to serve. Enjoy your dessert!
