Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 4sausages
  2. 2 bunchesbok choy
  3. Ramen noodles for 4 servings
  4. Water to fill about half of a large pot
  5. 1/2 packagekimchi
  6. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce (15 ml)
  7. 1 tablespoonChinese soup base (such as chicken bouillon or soup stock paste, 15 ml)
  8. 2 tablespoonsmiso (30 ml)

Steps

  1. 1

    Fill a large pot about halfway with water and bring to a boil. Add the bok choy (cut into bite-sized pieces) and sausages (sliced as desired).

  2. 2

    Add the Chinese soup base, soy sauce, miso, and kimchi to the pot. Stir well to combine.

  3. 3

    Once the vegetables and sausages are cooked through, add the ramen noodles. Cook until the noodles reach your preferred texture (I boiled them for 2 minutes).
