B-Grade Gourmet! Pan-Fried Instant Ramen

I tried pan-frying instant ramen, and it turned out surprisingly tasty. This is the first in my B-Grade Gourmet series.
Recipe background:
I made this because my daughter can't eat very hot food, so I thought this might be good for her.
I plan to try this with different types of ramen noodles!

Steps
- 1
Add 3/4 to 1 cup water (200–250 ml) and the instant ramen noodles to a skillet or saucepan, then turn on the heat. (With 1 cup/250 ml, you'll have more broth, as shown in the photo.)
- 2
Stir and break up the noodles as they cook.
- 3
Once the water comes to a boil and the noodles have softened and absorbed most of the water (about 2 minutes), add half of the soup seasoning packet.
- 4
If your ramen comes with a seasoning oil packet, add it now and mix well.
- 5
If it doesn't come with oil, drizzle a little toasted sesame oil and mix until combined. Top with green onions, nori, shichimi togarashi, or your favorite toppings.
