Ingredients

  • 2.2 poundspre-cooked fajita meat
  • 3 cupsrice
  • 1 cupbell peppers, diced small
  • 1 cuptomatoes, diced small
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1 cupcarrots, diced small
  • 1 cupcorn
  • 1 tablespoonbiryani spices
  • Salt
  • 2bouillon cubes
  • 1 teaspoonsaffron
  • 1 teaspooncurry powder
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the pre-cooked fajita meat and the rest of the vegetables.

  2. 2

    Add the spices, salt, and bouillon cubes. Cook until done, then add the soaked rice and water as needed.

  3. 3

    Let it cook on low heat for half an hour. Enjoy your meal!
