Ingredients

  2. 1.1 lbsground pork
  3. 5hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  4. 10.5 ozsausage, diced small
  5. 7 ozolives, chopped small
  6. 2 1/8 cupstomato puree (500 ml)
  7. 2 1/8 cupsketchup (500 ml)
  8. 14 ozbacon
  9. 1 cupcrushed corn flakes
  10. Jalapeño peppers, to taste
  11. Salt
  12. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, combine the beef and pork, add the sausage, tomato puree, ketchup, salt, corn flakes, and all other ingredients. Mix everything very well.

    In a baking dish, lay down a layer of bacon, pour in the meat mixture, place some bacon on top, and cover with aluminum foil.

    Preheat the oven and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes. Uncover to brown the surface and finish cooking for about 30 more minutes.
