Blend two or three large Roma tomatoes with a piece of onion, a garlic clove, and some water. Strain the mixture into a pot. Season with two teaspoons of chicken bouillon powder or salt.

In a bowl, combine about 5 1/3 oz (150 grams) ground beef with one egg yolk and a small amount of egg white. Soak a slice of sandwich bread in 1/4 cup milk (60 ml), then squeeze out the excess milk using a strainer so only the moist bread remains. Gradually add the bread to the meat as needed. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder.

Mix well and form small meatballs. Place them in a skillet with hot oil and brown them. Remove the meatballs and drain them on paper towels. Once well drained, add them to the tomato broth.

In a small pot with oil, brown half a package of thin vermicelli noodles (No. 0). Once browned, drain them in a strainer and add them to the broth. Once the noodles are cooked, serve the soup. Do not let it boil for too long.

You can blend half a chipotle pepper with the tomatoes for extra flavor, but if there are kids, serve the chipotle, avocado pieces, and shredded cheese at the table instead.
