Ingredients

  1. 14 ozchicken (your preferred cut)
  2. 1/4 cupplain yogurt
  3. 2 piecescurry roux (your preferred flavor)
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken into appropriate sizes.

    Chop the curry roux. It doesn't need to be very fine, just chopped to some extent is fine.

    Put the yogurt, chopped curry roux, salt, and chicken into a plastic bag.

    Massage well and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour to overnight.

    Don't worry if there are lumps of roux left. They will dissolve while resting in the refrigerator.
