Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash the shiitake mushrooms and pat them dry with a paper towel. Remove the stems. (Excess moisture will make them soggy and less tasty.)
- 2
Mix the ingredients marked with an asterisk (*) and spread on the underside of the mushroom caps.
- 3
Grill the mushrooms using a fish grill. Since mayonnaise burns easily, cook over medium to low heat.
- 4
You can also use a toaster oven. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 15 to 20 minutes, adjusting based on your appliance.
